Very good question! Choosing the right counsellor is an important part of the process of counselling. You should feel comfortable, understood and safe. I have been a client and know the importance of good connection.
I offer a free 15 minute introductory call for you to get to know me a bit and ask any questions you may have.
If you decide to book a session after our call then counselling is considered open ended, this means that counselling can end at any point you wish, even just after one session. As we work together, you set the pace.
I offer three ways we can work together; indoor, outdoor & online. If your not sure what would work best for you we can discussed this together. There is also no need to pick one, we can work in a blended counselling way, meaning we can choose which setting suits you best session to session.
